Llanelli Waterside Duathlon and Triathlon

The Llanelli Waterside Duathlon takes place at the North Dock Llanelli on March 21st. The event starts outside the Discovery Center and the first run is a two lap 5Km run along the Millennium Coastal Path. The 17 mile bike ride takes cyclists down to Kidwelly and then the 2nd 5Km run is a repeat of the first leg. Entry and further information available at www.humanbeingactive.org or by ringing Noelwyn on 07968859260 The Llanelli Waterside Triathlon is an ideal event for 1st time and experienced traithletes. The event takes place at the North Dock in Llanelli with the swim taking place in the safe haven of the North Dock itself. This is a 500m swim, followed by a 17mile bike ride down to Kidwelly and a 5Km run along the Millennium Coatal Path. Entry and further information available at www.humanbeingactive.org or by ringing Noelwyn on 07968859260 Both events are ideal for the 1st timer and we welcome relay teams for both the Duathlon and Triathlon. We will allow two athletes for Duathlon as relay 1 runner and 1 cyclist. There will be trophies for all categories including Youth and Junior.
