A bit late notice, but we'll have another cycle time trial on the Cowbridge course this Sunday, starting at 1030.

Aim to set the first person off at 1030, so please be a bit early and let me know if you are coming. Could go for a bit of a spin afterwards if people wanted.

andy, i have a full face downhill helmet and some body armour if that'd help with any confidence issues?
