We have a free pair of Saucony Race Shoes (size 8) to give away. Previously worn by Andy Mac for 20 miles, but there a bit tight for him. If you'd like to try them on, please contact me. There very lightweight and can apparently help you knock of 2 minutes over 10k.

Anyone but Nunny. He's already 2 mins quicker than me. I also bought a lightweight small black 2xu run jacket in Oz. Unfortunately failed to notice it was a womens jacket so that's free to any of the ladies that might like.

No worries Elaine, I'll bring it with me on Sunday. James, I think any comments about my lips at the moment are highly inappropriate! I've also got a Trek I might give away, easily transportable, comes in several pieces.
