Annual General Meeting

The Club's AGM will be held on Tuesday 2 February 2010 at 21.30 in Fairwater Leisure Centre, after the usual swim session. The Agenda will include a presentation of the Accounts together with the resignation of the old Committee and nomination / election of a new Committee for 2010, as per our Constitution. After the more formal part of the meeting, we will appoint the Race Directors for the Club organised races and decide which race(s) will form the Club Championships. This meeting normally takes about an hour and there should be n opportunity for any other business at the end. We look forward to seeing you there.
